The art of Questioning - Using NLP questioning to elicit the real source of issues and gathering requirements.

Chris Collingwood will describe a NLP linguistic process for gathering superior information from others. The first NLP information gathering model - the meta model - was revolutionary in that it provided specific questions in response to thirteen linguistic forms. This was the first questioning tool to respond to the form of speakers' language, not the limits of the subject matter. This enables questioners to gather high quality information without deep subject knowledge.
